This was when spastism landed itself on Jing Hong Lim and Yi Jung Tung...
Saturday, 17th January 2009 started out normally like every other saturdays as Jing Hong Lim, Yi Jung Tung, Jia Min Lai and Ping Ting Sim scheduled to meet at the Renci Hospital at 9.30am for their weekly Community Involvement Project (CIP).
However, due to the huge unmeasurable amount of fatigue accumulated throughout the week, Lai slept and woke up at about 8.30am, just to realise that she has overslept and "pangsei-ed" Tung, who waited patiently for her at the Blk 608 bus stop.
Hence, Tung made her way to the Renci Hospital herself, where she then spent a fruitful day involving in the community with Lim and Sim.
They had lunch at Compass Point and after which, Sim parted with the two for her art class. It was then the two, Lim and Tung, started their present hunt for Lim's aunt's birthday.
"My aunty likes to read this kind of book!" said Lim as Tung suggested the book, "The Last Lecture" to her.
It was a scene too hilarious to be depicted of how Lim and Tung dug desperately through their wallets for the $14.90.
"OMG hong! WE ARE SHORT OF 10cents leh! T.T"
"Huhhh~? REALLY AHH? ):"
*pours out contents from wallet*
"HONG! hahahaha YAY omg we got enough money le! :D"
Moreover, the scene of Lim wrapping up the present was a more hilarious one, which made Tung laughed hysterically under her breath as they were in the Sengkang Library.
Lim was wrapping the present in her writing pad paper with absolutely no sticking devices of glue, scotch tape, stapler or etc. Apparently the two were "pokgai" [broke] already.
Then she resolved to using the rubber bands provided by Tung!
And here goes the final product! Look how happy Lim was! WAHH OKAE DIES. i shall not attempt blogging this way anymore! i lost my ability of writing a newspaper article! ): it sounds okae in front! but towards the back it was D:. okae nvm i dont care le hahaha! ><
blehhhh. okae this post is random! i dont think it is even funny hmph. XO
